Looking for an individual IOS Developer

Hi, We need help with Eye Tracking integration in our App. We require someone who has experience in ARKit.
We have already developed a Prototype within 4 hours and now looking for a developer to complete the module.
Requirements:
- The app should track the user's Eyes and Report the X / Y Co-ordinates within the screen ( Just print to Log )
- Show a Red Circle, which should be moved with the user's eye
