Looking for an agency out of Ukraine to build an app
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I am looking for an agency based in Ukraine to build an app. The app should be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms. I have not yet determined the budget for the project. The app should have standard features.
App is used to request services on demand. Like Uber.
Requirements:

- Eastern European Time zone (Ukraine, Romania, etc).
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
