Local Train Ticket Booking Application iOS

I am looking for an experienced iOS developer to build a mobile application that helps users book tickets for local trains. This project is for personal use, not for an existing business or starting a new enterprise. The app should be fully compatible with iPhones. I require basic customization of the application, so there should also be a back-end interface to customize the app according to my requirements. The app should include features such as ticket booking, no payment system integration as tickets are only being booked and not bought, and tracking booked tickets. Above all, the application should be user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.
Users should also be able to create accounts and sign in on the app.
