LIMO service app for personal transportation.
iOS and Android platforms.
Includes Admin backend, Customer App and Driver App.
Objectives
Provide booking experience for customers.
Tool for drivers to manage jobs and earnings.
Fleet management system for operational efficiency.
Features
Customer App
Login with OTP: login via phone number & username. (stay sign-in)
GPS booking: Able to detect current location and search for end location with google map or other related technology
Booking: Able to choose booking type (car type / booking type)
Multiple Locations: Up to 3 pickup and drop-off locations (min 2 max total 6).
Mange location: Edit / delete / add location (no limit to changes)
Invoicing: Invoices sent to customer email.
Payment & E-wallet: Payment gateway and e-wallet, save card details, top up e-wallet, cash.
Rating System: Rate drivers.
Trip History: View past orders, pickup and drop-off locations, and times.
Notifications: Able to receive all booking related notification (controlled by backend)
Profile: All other account related matters eg reset password and change payment method, invoice history.
Driver App
Booking base on car type: Base on the car they rented
Login with OTP: login via phone number & username.
Online Status: Able to switch between on and offline.
GPS navigation: Able to route the booking from pickup to end location.(sort by 3 pick up first - then 3 drop off base on user booking orientation )
Mange location: Edit / delete / add location (no limit to changes)
Order Management: View current, future, history orders.
Job Management: View job summaries, details, earnings.
Documentation: Upload ID, driving license, contract PDFs.
Earning-wallets: Records all earning
Bankings: Request payment transfer to account.
Notifications: All booking related notification & reminder and sms notification on transaction
Profile: All other account related matters eg reset password and change payment method, withdrawal history.
Booking Management System Backend
GPS (Vehicle Tracking): Monitor fleet status and availability.
Fleet Management: Access to fleet status, category (premium/standard/++), availability, maintenance records, driver contract & records multiple / single drivers per vehicle.

Financial Management (Monthly / Yearly):
Sales Revenue Tracking: Record sales, customer details, trip descriptions.
Expense Management: Manual entry for expenses.
Chart of account: Auto populate the account into category editable
