I am seeking a skilled Kotlin/Swift developer to create a project-based interface for a real-time messaging application built on Signal. This interface should incorporate:

The messaging interface will require a custom themed user interface. We have partial design assets available, but the developer will need to supplement these with their own design skills. An ideal candidate for this project would have:
