We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Developer to build a smart, modular, and scalable AI system tailored for business operations, customer engagement, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should preferably be based in India and must be proficient in Arabic, as the system will interact with Arabic-speaking users and data.
Project Goals & Features:
1. AI Chatbot System
Automatically responds to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, website chat, and social media platforms.
Understands both Modern Standard Arabic and colloquial Arabic dialects.
Learns from each interaction to improve the accuracy and relevance of future responses using machine learning and NLP.
Supports integration with platforms such as Messenger, Telegram, and custom web widgets.
2. Customer Behavior Analytics
Tracks the full user journey across the website and/or mobile app.
Identifies where users drop off, which products/services attract the most attention, and how users engage with content.
Generates smart, real-time reports with insights and data-driven suggestions for improving UX and increasing conversions.
Capable of detecting repeat users, loyalty indicators, and friction points.
3. Company Data Analysis
Connects with the company’s CRM, sales data, and operational data (supporting Excel, CSV, or database integrations).
Extracts trends, unusual patterns, peak periods, and underperforming segments.
Provides automated reports and visual dashboards to support managerial decision-making.
Includes data filtering, custom metrics, and alerts.
4. AI-Powered Recommendations Engine
Suggests website and content improvements, marketing ideas, and service enhancements based on user behavior and market signals.
Uses AI models to analyze competitors’ online performance and customer reviews.
Can propose new features, campaigns, or product lines based on internal and external data patterns.
Technical Skills Required:
Programming Languages & Frameworks:
Proficiency in Python
Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Node.js for backend development
AI & Machine Learning:
Skilled in data science libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy
Strong command of NLP tools and GPT-based APIs (e.g., OpenAI)
Business Intelligence & Dashboards:
Experience in building dashboards with tools like Power BI, Plotly Dash, or custom HTML-based dashboards
Integrations & Cloud Hosting:
Experience working with RESTful APIs
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
