Jailbreak my Phone Assistant

I am needing someone who is able to help me Jailbreak an Iphone with me. Currently my friend gave me a Iphone and it's password protected and we both don't know what the password is so I need to Jailbreak it to regain access to the phone.
I don't know what the Icloud username is or password either.
It says that its an Iphone S (on the back of the iphone)
