Iphone application problem

So far, my application has been developed. But my current problem is that my customers have an additional requirement, that is, to install my app directly on the device, rather than through the app store.
This may require the use of internally distributed certificates to meet requirements. So I need a person with an apple enterprise account to help me, and I can pay all the relevant expenses.
