Interactive Quiz App Development

I'm looking for a talented mobile app developer to create a unique interactive quiz app. This app will allow users to post questions with multiple choice answers, and others can guess the correct answers for a chance to win monetary prizes. The app should be designed for both iOS and Android platforms and should include a 'For You' page similar to TikTok, but with only one question visible at a time. Users should never see the same question more than once.
