Individual Product File Customisation Shopify App

I'm in need of an intuitive, user-friendly Shopify application functionality like a gang sheet builder but with a twist. This app will be meant for mainly people who have direct to film (DTF) printing companies.
- Specific Need: I want this feature to allow for users to upload a file (PNG, EPS, etc) - after they upload the file - I want the app to automatically recognize the last pixels around the entire image, crop that image and tell the size of the image. Then allow the user to type in exact dimensions of that art file. I would also like the app to be able to tell the user if the image is low, medium or high resolution based on the sizing of the image. A background remover tool would be a plus. I would also like to have the option for the user to change the background from transparent, grey and black to where they can tell if their image already has a white or black background.
- Primary Purpose: The main objective of this app is not just to aid in product management, but to entirely revolutionize it by allowing for unique, individual file creation for every product. It should streamline and simplify the entire product personalization process.
