SM IPO IOS APP

I'm looking to create an IOS app that helps promote productivity. I'm in the process of taking my business public and want an app that will support that process well. My timeframe is to have the app done within a month. I don't currently have a specific list of features but I'm open to suggestions to get the best product. I'm looking for a quality freelancer who can deliver a polished result on time.
