IOS webview app developing and publish to our Appstore

we have an website and we need an webview mobile app for IOS published on Appstore. We know that it is a problem with webview apps on AppStore but there are some developments for app to be accepted on Appstore. We do not have the webview code we expect that the developer which will take this project to give us an webview code to be accepted by AppStore. the project is done and we will release the Milestone when the App is published on AppStore.
