IOS mobile app Development

We are looking for a talented app developer to help us customize a previously created IOS app template. The project is broken down into two phases and currently we are looking for help with the first phase. The app is an IOS based social network that has or needs some of the following functions and features.

Login with Facebook
Login with Apple
Create new username/password (code available in template, needs to be customized to our UI elements)
Check if username available
Login with username/password (code available in template, needs to be customized to our UI elements)
Admin panel installation on Amazon AWS server (admin panel already coded in template)
Keep me logged in
Forgot username/password
User determination (if professional or non-professional)
Google Admob ( code already integrated as part of base template needs to be customized to our UI)
