IOS expert needed immediately

I need an expert in Swift (Storyboard).
I have a full project done and working. Its a simple app, nothing too fancy. I need an expert to explain me that app from scratch till the end. In other words - I don't know anything about Swift, but I have to present this application (present means explain in details everything inside the app). You have to guide me from opening Xcode till the end of project.
My project also includes firebase database, so I will ask you about that too.
I will ask you a million questions, so be ready and dont tell me that you didn't expect that.
I am aware of prices so please don't give anything unrealistic. Budget is 60aud!
We have to start as soon as possible.
