IOS app that works mostly as a photobooth app, without all the camera setting details (regarding exposure, lights,etc), because it will only be used on Ipads/Iphones

General details:
-The app has to be able to create multiple events, that will be working in the same time. Every event needs to have a different background photo, logo, personalised message and frame that would overlay the photos people make. That means that for every event, we need to set a different mail address that will automatically send the mail to people participating to the event.
-Before sending the photo by mail, it`s very important that every mail will be sent after every person agrees to terms and conditions–we need to be able to upload these in the app, because they might be different, or need modifications. We should be able to upload a pdf with all terms, but also link a webpage. If the internet connection is low, the app should open the last page that was linked.
-The main reason for creating this app is to gain some email databases with our customers, so all email addresses need to automatically be uploaded on a drive–as a data base that could be exported as an excel table, or something similar. This is mandatory, for further purposes, but it will not be available for downloading from the Ipad–the access is limited.
-The app needs to be very responsive, the camera needs to take the photo in real time (like whatsapp works) and it should take less than 3 seconds to overlay frame on photo. The emails need to be sent in real time, right after the participant hits send email. The quality of the photo needs to be at its best, and there needs to be a button to hit to next photo (all photos can be sent to multiple addreses, but each one at a time, everyone needs to check terms and conditions).
The process for customers:
-the waiter asks the customer if he wants to take a special photo, and presses the camera button on app to take photo>The app automatically overlays a frame that is uploaded by us when setting the event, and there should be a mailing button, where the customer needs to type his email address. Before hitting send, they need to agree to terms and conditions, that we need to upload-it can be a link and a pdf, that they can open before giving approval. It is mandatory that they hit approval button to send the photo by mail, or else they can`t receive it. Same photo can be sent to multiple email addresses; there also is a refresh button that takes you to main page.
-After the mail is sent, the customer receives an email from our address (we will set it for each event), with the subject and text that we personalise for each event we create. Attached to this email, they will find the photo they took, and they can save on the phone. We don`t want to use the same email address for every event. It`s very important that the email doesn`t get to spam or be compromised.
The app will send to drive all email addresses, and create the database that we can use for further purposes. All emails will be stored in the database we choose on each event.
The app layout has to be simple and intuitive. All buttons must be clear, as the photos attached:
-Front page-background photo at our choice+photo button+“more” button
-The “more” button includes: name of event, Settings (where we can set overlayed frame and every detail for the event in discussion, including email address that automatically sends emails to customers, background photos, logos, subject and text for emails, terms and conditions link and pdf file etc)
- After the photo button is pressed, it should have the frame and real time photo action. After the photo is taken, it should show the overlayed photo and the following buttons: Email, discard (in case they don’t like it), and next. The email option will let you type the email address>consent to terms and conditions check>send email. The discard options=the photo will be erased, and the next option=the photo was sent to all people that want it and go to the main page.
Important! After the app is good to go, we might need improvements or changes, so we are interested in a long term collaboration.
