IOS app search issue - developer account solution

We are looking for an iOS app developer expert who can help us in finding & fixing the app visibility issue in app store.
Our app is not searchable in the app store of apple/iOS & we can only find the app through app link.
all the keywords are entered correctly, but still the app is not visible on searching with app name.
