IOS Scheduling Rota App Development

I am looking for a skilled iOS developer to create a scheduling rota app from a reference app.
We will be following the same features as the reference app but a simple clean version of it

The app is simply extracting data from an existing rota and inputting it onto the app, displaying it in a clean easy way with a few extra features.
Although I have a rough idea of the design, I am open to suggestions and input from the developer. The app should have an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
The app does not need to be integrated with any existing systems or platforms. It will be a standalone app.
Ideal skills and experience for this job:
- Proficiency in iOS app development, specifically with Swift and Xcode.
- Experience in developing scheduling or time tracking apps.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles to create an intuitive and visually appealing interface.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
