IOS Mobile App issue

I am having an issue with an iOS mobile app I've recently built and deployed. After the project went live, I have been experiencing an error where user orders are not reaching the admin panel via the payment gateway. I'm not sure which version of the app I'm using, but I have noticed the same issue happening on iOS versions 16 and 15. I first started experiencing the error immediately after installation. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
