IOS Measuring App

Looking for a developer to create an app to facilitate the estimating process. Looking to have the feature to draw 2 dimensional simple line drawings to scale. Can share screen shot of competitors app. We are a deck builder looking to speed up and simplify the process of taking the measurements in the field and transforming it to 2D design on site. Design has to be able to be exported to scale, and measurements must be shown in screen.
