IOS Developer

I need an IOS developer to create an app that has customizable options to set up a table that will allow the user to enter data. I want it to be able to hide and configure the fields used or create your own fields in order to allow much customization. It is mainly aimed for livestock tracking. If you can do it for $1000 or less reach out to me. I am not willing to spend anywhere beyond that. Lowest cost offer will work alongside me. It will need the data to be stored based off of an account. I will need to see some previous work and an estimate on the hours it will take to get it base level
