IOS App with Web View (Create New or Use existing App)

I'm in need of a hybrid IOS / iPhone / Apple app that integrates a web view with specific native features for a seamless user experience.

Key Features:
- **Web View with Tabs**: The app should support multiple tabs for easy navigation to different web-pages.
- **Native Home Page**: The main home page of the app should facilitate easier navigation within the web view.
- **Push Notifications**: There should be a feature for push notifications to keep users engaged and informed. Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) or Apple’s Push Notification service (APNs). But must be free service.

Native Home Page Functionality:
- The primary function of the native home page will be to provide users with a simple and intuitive way to browse the content in the web view.

Content:
- The app will predominantly display websites through the web view.

I do have a iPhone / IOS app already for another brand of mine. We could take that code and just change elements inside for this new app. We could just copy that app / code and add push notifications and change few URLS and images and words.

I got the source code and all contents and more. We will just need newer elements like push notifications.

We are a Faith / Family / Community based Non-Profit Start up. We do not make profits. Our budget is going to be small. Please work with us.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency in developing hybrid IOS applications.
- Prior experience working with web views and integrating web content within an app.
- Familiarity with implementing push notifications.
- A keen eye for user experience and interface design.
