Multiple Android developers

I am looking for an experienced Android developers who can help me create a mobile app. The app will be developed specifically for the Android platform and I would like assistance with the design aspect as well.

•T3 - at least  5 yrs. Experience ; CTC Range:10 lpa
•T4 - 7 up to 10 yrs. Experience; CTC Range:15 lpa
•T5 & T6- 10 yrs. experience or more; CTC Range: 20 lpa
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 days.
REQ:
Android developer-T3
Responsibillities:
1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of mobile App products;
2. Familiar with Java and Kotlin for App development and debugging;
3. Independently complete requirements analysis, design, and coding according to development specifications and processes
4. Cooperate with other members of the team to solve difficult and difficult problems encountered in software development.
5. Preparation and maintenance of standard documents, and other project-related work.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Job Qualification and Skills:
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above in computer and related majors
2. More than 3 years of Android development experience, proficient in Java/Kotlin language;
3. Have good architecture and interface design capabilities, understand object-oriented design and design patterns, and be able to write high-quality code; 
4. Understand performance optimization and be familiar with underlying principles such as Android framework, multi-threading, data storage, and network communication;
5. Have strong ability to analyze and solve problems, learn quickly, withstand pressure, and communicate and collaborate;
6. Proficient in the use of mainstream tripartite frameworks

Android Developer: T4
Responsibillities:
1. Responsible for mobile App product development, optimization and maintenance;
2. Participate in the design of core systems and the discussion and formulation of technical solutions;
3. Familiar with Java and Kotlin for App development and debugging;
4. Improve the usability of the software and enhance the user experience;
5. Preparation and maintenance of standard documents, and other project-related work.
6. Ability to quickly solve problems encountered in business and have good optimization experience and capabilities
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

Job Qualification and Skills:
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above in computer and related majors
2. More than 5 years of Android development experience, proficient in Java/Kotlin language;
3. Have good architecture and interface design capabilities, understand object-oriented design and design patterns, and be able to implement reusable components with high quality; 
4. Familiar with performance optimization, familiar with underlying principles such as Android framework, multi-threading, data storage, network communication, etc.;
5. Have strong ability to analyze and solve problems, learn quickly, withstand pressure, and communicate and collaborate;
6. Applicants with experience in large-scale IM systems, social/community APPs, and first-line Internet product development will be given priority;
7. Applicants with development experience in large-scale project performance optimization, engineering efficiency optimization, cross-platform solutions, etc. will be given priority;
8. Be familiar with one or more third-party source codes. You need to be familiar with and understand design patterns and Android source codes.

Android Developer T5-T6
Responsibillities:
1. Responsible for mobile App product development, optimization and maintenance;
2. Lead the design of core systems and the discussion and formulation of technical solutions;
3. Have an in-depth understanding of the principles and design patterns of various open source libraries, and choose appropriate design patterns based on the business.
4. Improve the usability of the software and enhance the user experience;
5. Preparation and maintenance of standard documents, and other project-related work.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders. Able to quickly solve problems encountered in business and have rich optimization experience and capabilities
7. Optimize the App architecture to make App development easier and easier to use

2. More than 8 years of Android development experience, proficient in Java/Kotlin language;

Timeline:
- The project is minimum 1 year to complete.
