IOS APP FOR PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

I am looking for an experienced iOS app developer to create an app for push notifications.
Push Notifications:
- The app should be able to send both text and image notifications to users.
iOS app made in react native. Users log in with phone number, then take a selfie and save name. Maybe save to Google Firebase or other database. When two people with the app call each other with normal phone app the app listens to the outgoing phonenumber and sends a push notification with name and selfie of the caller if the number is in our service. I have apk file for the Android app. Think you can make it in under 10 hours if you use https://github.com/features/preview/copilot-x
