Hybrid Real Estate Mobile App Development

I need a skilled Flutter/React Native developer to create a hybrid real estate app. The app should be able to cater to both iOS and Android users.
Key Features:
- Property listing and search: Users should be able to browse through available properties and use various filters to find their ideal home.
- User profiles and management: The app should allow users to create and manage their profiles, track their search history, saved properties, etc.
- Admin Features: I require full admin control over the app. This includes managing property listings and overseeing user activity.
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in Flutter or React Native.
- Previous work on real estate or similar apps is a plus.
- Strong understanding of backend development for admin controls.
- Knowledge of both iOS and Android app development.
