It’s an App to be connect Investors and Businesses.
Please Create:
1: Animated Screen when opening app.
2: Log in and Register. With Apple, Google, Email, or Social Media (Accept Terms and Conditions).
3: Confirm Email link.
After email confirmed, the app will show unskippable part to fill out which type of user they want to be.
2 different Categories.
Beneficiary or Payer.
Inside Beneficiary the Subcategories are:
a) Active Business
b) B) Business Idea
Inside Payer the Subcategories are:
a) Investor
b) Partner
Depending on which one the User registers, it will have different access and actions allowed.
4: Forgot Password
5: Reset Password
6: Set new Password
7: The Home.
It page will show:
POSTS: Videos, Images or articles the Admin uploads.
If you scroll to the right, you will see the next ones.
If you scroll to the left you will see the previous one.
If you scroll down it will show a Counter of the App Statistics:
- Investors:
- Businesses:
- Raised Funds:
- Verified Funds:
All of this numbers must Increase daily automatically, regardless of the truth numbers of the app. We will set together how much each goes up, per hour/day, etc on each of the 4
To come back to the POSTS you scroll up again.
Floating Navigation on the right side which includes:
Profile: It will open all Options regarding your profile. (This action will not be done at this Phase)
Like Button: User will like that POST and save on your LIKED POSTS (This action will not be done at this Phase)
Share: User will share link to the video. Copy Link, Whatsapp, Instagram, etc
Add Sales Pitch:
a) If user is not registered, then a pop up will appear that says:
Only Registered Users as Beneficiary can Add a Pitch.
Will display a button to Register or X to close.
b) If User is Registered as PAYER, a pop up will appear that says:
Only Registered Users as Beneficiary can Add a Pitch.
Will display a button to Switch or X to close.
If user is Registered as Beneficiary it will open a page where they will be able to add their pitch information. (This action It will not be done at this Phase)
Watch Sales Pitch:
a) If user is not registered, then a pop up will appear that says:
Only Registered Users as PAYER can watch Sales Pitch.
Will display a button to Register or X to close.
b) If user is registered as Beneficiary, a pop up will appear that says:
Only Registerd Users as PAYER can watch Sales Pitch.
c) If user is registered as Payer, it will open a page where they will be able to watch all sales Pitches that match their Budget and filters. (This action will not be done at this Phase)
If you Click on Hamburger Icon
It will open all Options regarding your profile. (It will not be done at this Phase)
