Help with Xcode, App Store Connect, Xcode cloud. Need project to push to App Store connect so it can be checked by Apple. Project works, but cannot get it to App Store connect

I'm looking for assistance with my Xcode, App Store Connect & Xcode Cloud project.
The project is designed for iOS and I specifically need help with the submission process. I've had issues getting Xcode to publish the project to App Store Connect and also configuring Xcode Cloud.
If you're experienced with developing and/or submitting mobile apps and can get Xcode to publish, show us how to find any issues and use Xcode cloud, I'd be grateful for your help. Your knowledge and guidance will be most appreciated.
