Generate iOS build for ionic framework of existing app

I am looking for an experienced developer to generate an iOS build for our existing app using the ionic framework. The project is for our existing business and we only require the build to be generated without any additional updates or features. We don't have apple developer account which is need to created. We will need basic support, such as bug fixes, after the build is generated. Ideal candidates should have experience with ionic framework and iOS app development.
