Full Stack Development: iOS and Android App - Salons and SPAs explore and booking app

We are looking for a company which are expert in frontend and backend development to help us develop the following components:

1) Mobile App development (Android and iPhone packages): using Flutter language.
2) Backend development: using JavaScript or Python. The backend should be built as a microservice architecture to be able to handle thousands of requests per minute with ability to scale up and down and ability to have multiple databases read instance. For data storage we need your recommendation to use SQL or/and no-SQL data storage.
3) Web Console Development (Salon Console and Central Console): using HTML5/CSS/JavaScript (NodeJS)
4) Simple Website to present our service to the public: using HTML5/CSS/JavaScript (NodeJS)

All development should respect i18n to support multiple languages and all the view to be presented from left-to-right (default) and from right-to-left (for Arabic-like languages).

All communication between backend and frontend should be through API request. All API request-response should be documented for later integration with other tools or interfaces. API-key based authentication should be supported (with roles – like read-only, and read-write for time being)
