For my project, I am looking for an expert app developer with significant expertise in Ionic framework, preferably version 7. The app should offer comprehensive utilities for vehicle owners, including:

- Vehicle Maintenance Reminders: The app needs to have an interactive reminder feature for timely vehicle maintenance.
- Expense Tracking: This feature should effectively track all expenses related to the vehicle.
This application needs to be developed for iOS, Android, and WEB for broader accessibility.
