Flutter iOS App Development

I'm looking for an experienced Flutter developer to create a business-oriented mobile app for iOS. The app should be robust, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
PLEASE NOTE
1. you must have xcode 14 due to the code is so old, check this first before you bid or respond.
2. you must have iphone X/10 or newer but not iphone 16 and you cannot run simulator with this software (too much to explain here)
3. The accepting developer had an old MAC with xcode 14 and it is still not installing and running the code, that is why it is posted again.
