Flutter developer on retainer

I am in need of a Flutter developer on a retainer basis to assist me with weekly tasks. I am seeking a mid-level developer with experience in front-end development. The developer will be responsible for tasks related to android and ios development. Experience generating ios builds, and uploading to app store is a must.
Ideal candidates should have experience in the following areas:
