Flutter catalogue app iOS iPad os Android

I'm looking for someone to help develop a Flutter catalogue app to be used on iOS, iPad OS, and Android devices. I have a rough idea of what I want the app to do, but need help refining it. The main purpose of the app will be informational, not e-commerce or for social networking.
