Flutter Expert (FLUTTER, NOT ANY OTHER)

I have a repository with a flutter project. I need an expert who can make a small modification (add some floating buttons) in this project that is just a webview.
It is also required to compile the applications and publish them in the Google Play Store and Apple Store (you must have a developer account in both stores because I will provide them with corresponding role)
*Fixed budget*: 50 USD including commission for this site.
