- Proficient in Flutter: As I have worked with Flutter before, I need someone who is experienced in creating mobile applications using this framework.
- Cross-Platform Expertise: The app should be able to run seamlessly on both Android and iOS devices.
- App Type: The app is going to be information based so while experience in e-commerce, educational and social networking apps is valuable, it is not essential.
