Flutter App needed to be upload on Play store and IOS store

I have created a flutter application, and want help in publishing the IPK to the App store and also want the apk created & published on the Play store.
I have tried to publish the app 3-4 times but it's rejected as the app falls under the basic a#d#u#t category. So I need help with the same for publishing the app.
