Flutter App & Web Admin Panel (no Agencies)

I'm looking for an experienced independent freelancer (no agencies, no middlemen) to build a mobile app (Flutter) and a web-based admin panel for a platform where creators can sell digital content—like fitness plans, videos, photos, PDFs, and more.
The app should allow creators to upload content, set a price, and generate a unique purchase link. Buyers will use this link to access and buy the content. There’s no need for them to browse inside the app.
Key Features (Mobile App):
Upload content (PDF, MP4, images, etc.)
Set price and auto-generate a unique link for each item
Social sharing of purchase links
Buyer access through direct link (no browsing required)
Secure payments (Stripe, PayPal)
Creator dashboard with analytics (views, sales, earnings)
Account login via email or social login (Google, Apple)
Multi-currency & multi-language support

Admin Panel (Web):
Manage users (creators & buyers)
Review/approve uploaded content
Monitor payments, commissions, and process payouts

The full UI for the Flutter app is already designed and will be provided. Your task is to implement it and build out the backend and admin interface.
