Flutter App Developer-OTT App

I am looking for a talented Flutter app developer to help me create an OTT App for both Android and iOS platforms. The app should include in-app purchases and be able to stream videos. The right candidate must be proficient with Flutter and able to demonstrate a strong understanding of mobile app development principles. Experience with designing apps and UI/UX on both platforms is also a must. The project will be complex, so experience with video streaming protocols (like HLS, RTSP, HTTP Live streaming, etc…) is necessary in order to ensure success. The successful candidate will be able to produce an engaging, intuitive, and seamless experience for users of the app. Given the complexity of this project, I expect the turnaround time to be quite short.
