Fix Web-based Video Streaming on iOS

My web-based application is currently having issues with streaming pre-recorded videos on iOS devices. The videos are hosted on a private server. I'm looking for a skilled professional who can debug this issue and implement a solution.

The problem is with cloudflare. If it's disable it works just fine on IOS. I would maybe just like to disable cache only on mp4 files.
