First-Person IOS Game Development

I'm looking for an experienced game developer to create a contest game such as finger on the app where 100K-500K players joins the same game to compete for a prize and who ever removes his finger last wins a prize. I want the game to be on iOS but at the same time in order to grant access to the game I want players to buy my merchandise as an entry fee so I don't know if someone can help me with that. I am looking for a team to build this company so we can monitor the game and keep the engine going.
