Find the Problem in a iOS App and do the Update -- 2

I ask to develop a iOS App last year. The App is a map with differents locations and an audioguide translated in 3 languages linked to each spot. The aim of this app is to geolocate the users and bring them to the touristic location and once there they are able to listen to the audioguide.
The App right now is working but i asked the developer that developed it to do some design update (wallpaper, color etc....) and he couldn't do it because there is a small error in the code and he gave up because now he is focus on Android App. So i would like someone that know perfectly the iOS app dev process and be able to fix it to be able to do some basic updates.
The Name of the App is " Guide N' Ride"
