Finance App

I'm looking for a finance app that will give me the ability to track my costs, expenses, and profits in one convenient location. With this app, I'd like to be able to release summarized financial information for my clients in real-time. My preferred platform for the finance app is iOS and Android, and I'm hoping for a graphical user interface filled with charts graphs, and comparative options that will make keeping track of my client's finances easier and more intuitive.
