Expo scoreboard app

So i have been working on this project and i have to make a scoring app for two teams and its very simple with no data and all just add and subtract scores and reset thats all. But i just want to add a functionality to the team buttons that if i click on the green side then it should add the scores at the green side and same as on the other side. Right now i am done with most of the stuff but i am stuck on this
