Existing iOS mobile travel app

I need a developer to fully develop the app based on my own specific model. It is a travel app but not in the sense of booking through it. The user will be able to find locations around them based on the database within the app. The database must update when online. This means that the app must be fully functional online and offline. The design must look like the Terminal on Mac. The user will enquire in the main view and a bot will read the database and give the most relevant results with links to open the specific locations in Maps or Goggle Maps, whatever the user has set as navigation on their phone.
