Event Broadcaster: Live Streaming iOS App

I am looking for a talented developer who can build a live streaming application for iOS. The main goal is to broadcast events in real-time. SHOW SAMPLES OF PREVIOUS APP. CAN BE A REBRANDED APP. I will do android and android tv too after this.
Key features should include:
1. Algorithms for broadcasting live videos.
2. Social Media integration that allows for sharing and engagement.
3. An efficient admin panel with the following capabilities:
- User Management: Allowing me to have control over the users on the platform.
- Content Control: I need to filter and moderate the live content that gets streamed.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have a strong background in iOS development and live video streaming. Proficiency in user interface design and back-end development is also critical. Experience building similar applications and a solid understanding of content moderation tools will be a huge plus.
