Enhance iOS App: Signal Server & Firebase

I'm seeking the help of an experienced mobile app developer to implement some important changes in my iOS application. This revolves mainly around improving the user experience by enhancing real-time messaging and push notifications. The improvements will be influenced by:
• Replacing the current chat server with a Signal Server. This step is crucial in achieving an improved real-time messaging feature for the users which will greatly enhance their interaction on the app.
• Integrating Firebase for enriched push notifications. This will aid in sending timely, relevant notifications that will keep the users updated and engaged.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience with both Signal Server and Firebase, coupled with a strong background in iOS development and Android App Development. An understanding of UI improvements is also desirable as the user interface will need to be adjusted to make these new features blend seamlessly with the existing design. Familiarity with bug fixes is an added advantage too. Due to the nature of the enhancements, a robust understanding of user privacy and data security is also essential.
