Employee Monitoring & Development Mobile App

Job ID: 39189505

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

I'm looking for a mobile app developer who can create a program for both iOS and Android, aimed at monitoring, developing, and encouraging employees. This program will have three major sections: Performance Tracking, Skill Development, and Employee Feedback, each represented as a circular section on the interface.

Key Features:
- Push Notifications: The app should have the capability to send push notifications to remind employees of their goals, deadlines, or new skills to learn.
- In-app Messaging: A feature for employees to communicate with their peers and supervisors within the app.

Ideal Skills:
- Mobile App Development: Extensive experience in creating apps for both iOS and Android is a must.
- UI/UX Design: The circular sections should be designed in a user-friendly and engaging manner.
- Knowledge of Gamification: While the current requirements don't include gamification, an understanding of this concept could help in making the app more engaging for employees in the future.

Developing a program to monitor, develop, and encourage employees.

Employees can download the program on their mobile phones.

The program consists of five circular sections:

First Circle: Tracks attendance, tardiness, and absences.
Second Circle: Monitors employee development and evaluates their engagement with courses, books, and videos.
Third Circle: Focuses on task completion and workflow tracking. Employees follow predefined steps within the program for various tasks. For example, if a client requests leave, the employee must go through sequential steps, such as submitting the client's leave request letter in the first section, uploading the medical leave form or excuse in the second section, and finally attaching the approval letter in the third section. Each employee has multiple pages, with each task having a dedicated page containing structured steps.
Fourth Circle: Employee Camera feature. The program is linked to the employee’s phone camera, allowing managers to communicate with employees, monitor workflow, and verify attendance visually.
Fifth Circle: Competitions. This section includes three types of competitions: between employees, between employees and the computer, and between employees and management. The questions cover 20 topics, including history and mathematics. The format resembles the “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” game, designed to be engaging, visually appealing, and motivational. This is the most crucial section as it actively encourages employees.

Upon joining the program, employees register their resumes.

The system maintains records of employees’ rewards, attendance, performance, and development progress.

The program is approximately halfway complete, and I have access to the source code.
