Email Merge & Contact Cleanup
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I’m ready to untangle my digital life and need a tech-savvy hand to do it right the first time. My Gmail and Outlook inboxes must be merged into a single, well-organized Outlook profile that syncs flawlessly on both my desktop (Windows) and my iPhone. Once everything sits under one roof, I want the contact list polished—please remove any duplicates and refresh outdated phone numbers, emails, or names you spot along the way.
While you’re inside the ecosystem, look for stray or redundant accounts that may still linger on my iPhone contact cards or anywhere else in the Outlook data file; flag them so we can decide whether to archive or delete.
Finally, set up a straightforward password-organizer (LastPass, 1Password, or another mainstream manager you trust) and migrate my current usernames and passwords into it, making sure each entry is unique and clearly labeled.
Acceptable outcome means:
• One Outlook account containing both Gmail and Outlook mailboxes, syncing on desktop Outlook app and iPhone Mail/Outlook Mobile.
• A single, deduplicated contacts list with up-to-date info.
• A working password vault populated and categorized.
If you’ve handled multi-account migrations and contact hygiene before, this should be quick work—let’s get started.
