EMI Locker App Development

I'm looking to develop a minimalist EMI Locker type app for both Android and iOS, along with a comprehensive admin panel. The app should provide users with the ability to save and manage their EMI details, receive payment reminders, track their payment history, and control certain features such as locking online/offline, unlocking, tracking location, and locking other selected apps.
