Development and launch of very basic app

Hi. Can you pls advise on what the most BASIC app would be that you could deliver for us. It's sole purpose at this stage would be the secure it's name in with Apple. We already have the name registered with them but risk it being deleted if we don't launch something soon. The "real" app isn't even close to being spec'd yet, so we just need any type of functioning app that Apple will approve for launch. Very very basic! It doesn't have to have anything to do with what the final app will be. Needed for Apple and Google.
