Develop tour app -geolocate and audio

Hello everyone! I am looking for a talented freelancer to develop an app to create tours. This app will allow users to choose between four different types of tours, specifically historical, food/drink, and adventure. Furthermore, these tours will be available on both iOS and Android. Lastly, having taken language into consideration, the app should only be English.
The successful freelance candidate must be able to create an app that functions for both iOS and Android platforms, and will be capable of incorporating geolocation and audio elements with each tour. They must also ensure that the tours are safely and securely accessible, providing a positive user experience.
